**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for running the company's social media campaigns, creative marketing planning & strategies.
- Plan, schedule, publish, monitor, and optimize social posts and digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Ideate and share highly creative & tasteful written copy and visual content for the brand social media platforms to maintain strong online presence, ultimately generating leads for conversion
- Coordinate and collaborate with & creative team for new launch, promotion mechanics and other related messages to generate buzz.
- Develop new business opportunities via engagement with relevant influencers, KOL
- Responding to comments on each of our social media accounts
- Overseeing customer service provided via social media
- Organise, manage, and participate in new product launching activities, promotional events, conferences as well as exhibitions
- Problem solver, working closely with the team members to reflect on the analytics and how to improve further
- Analysing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
- A team player, supporting team members by taking individual tasks, and helping the marketing team to meet key goals and deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Degree holder in Marketing/ Business Studies/ Management/ Mass Communications/ Advertising/ Fashion
- Fluent with Social Media tools; Canva, Later, Trello, Google Workspace
- Good understanding and knowledge of marketing
- Experienced in social media content marketing/content curation/content planning
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
- Fashion enthusiast, creative, and good analytical skills
- Proven ability to build social media communities
- Ability to measure the success of campaigns

**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
