**Responsibilities**:

- Proficiency in using and managing various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.
- Ability to create engaging and shareable content, including text, image, and video content.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, execute and feature in video contents.
- Familiarity with tools eg. Canva / Capcut may be a plus.
- Experience in building and managing online communities.
- Responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics.
- Ability to interpret data and use insights to optimize social media strategy.
- Experience in planning and executing social media campaigns.
- Familiarity with running paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Ability to adapt messaging to suit different platforms and target audiences.
- Ability to leverage current trends to enhance social media presence.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams for successful e-commerce operations.
- A fluent Mandarin speaker with excellent written skills for Chinese contents.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma, in Mass Communication, Marketing, eCommerce or similar fields.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Hands on, independence and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Good communication and written skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work as team.
- Responsible and able to meet datelines.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
