**PRODUCTION MANAGER**

**Responsibilities**
- To recommend target and budget set for all production departments.
- To highlight significant potential production opportunities / problem.
- To ensure production targets and objectives are achieved to meet company’s growth strategies.
- To ensure delivery on time according to the standard set.
- To plan, control and review all cost control measures so as to ensure production is cost effective with minimum wastage level.
- To ensure customer satisfaction by supply products that meets all contractual and regulatory requirements.
- To plan and control all maintenance programs so as to ensure all the machines and facilities are smooth running within minimum downtime and are all in good conditions.
- To plan and review all health, safety and environment programs so as to ensure work environment complied with health and safety requirements.
- To develop team spirit within all production department and across the company.
- To plan and develop competence of production staff at all levels so as to meet with company’s future competency needs.
- To develop business sense within production staff (cost conscious, efficiency and effectiveness in using resources, etc) and customer focused mindset.
- To initiate and create a motivational working climate so as to ensure the harmonious atmosphere of the factory ground to enhance productivity.
- To co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company’s Safety & Health rules and regulations.

**Experience & Personal Skills**
- At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing plastic industry **will be advantage**:

- Required language(s)**:Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English**:

- Good analytical and leadership skill
- Highly motivated, result oriented, highly critical in problem solving
- Good communication & interpersonal skills with ability to interact effecting with all levels of people

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
