- Simpan dan urus dokumen projek seperti surat lantikan, kontrak, invois, LO (Letter of Offer), SOW (Scope of Work)
- Pastikan fail dan dokumen dikemaskini dan tersusun
**2. Komunikasi**
- Hubungi dan berurusan dengan ejen hartanah agensi dan pengurus projek
- Salurkan maklumat projek antara jabatan atau pasukan
**3. Pengurusan Kewangan Asas**
- Sediakan permohonan pembayaran, invois dan tuntutan
- Rekod bajet dan kos projek untuk semakan pihak atasan
**4. Laporan Projek**
- Sediakan laporan kemajuan projek mingguan/bulanan
- Kemas kini status projek dalam sistem
**5. Sokongan Operasi**
- Sokong kerja-kerja teknikal atau pemantauan jika diperlukan
**7. Pemantauan & Pematuhan**
- Pastikan semua proses ikut SOP dan garis masa
- Semak bahawa semua keperluan projek dipenuhi tepat pada masa
Pejabat di Ostia, Bangi, Selangor
