Project Solution Architect

**A professional at this position level must have the following responsibilities**:

- Able to comprehend the technical and business requirements of a project or system
- Translate the comprehension into detailed technical designs that mapped the requirements, considering aspects like scalability, performance, security, and integration
- Define the architecture framework and choose appropriate technologies and platforms for the solution.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including vendors, clients, project managers, developers, and infrastructure teams, to ensure the solution aligns with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Create prototypes or proofs of concept to validate design choices or demonstrate proposed solutions
- Prepare and present technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and guidelines for implementation and maintenance.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with the solution.
- Ensure that the implemented solution adheres to the agreed architecture and design principles.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve solutions and processes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Commitment to staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT architecture and software development.

**Basic Qualifications**

2. At least 5 years of experience in software development, system design, or IT architecture is usuallynecessary. Experience in progressively responsible roles such as software developer, technical lead, or systems analyst is beneficial.

3. Proficiency in a variety of programming languages, understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), and knowledge of database systems and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) are essential. Familiarity with architectural styles and design patterns is also important.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, leading design discussions, and collaborating effectively with diverse teams.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex technical challenges and architectural issues.

7. Experience in leading teams, managing projects, and making strategic decisions to align technical solutions with business objectives.

8. While not always required, certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework)certification can enhance credibility and demonstrate expertise in specific technologies or architectural frameworks.
