**Job Title**: HR Recruiter

**Location**: Setia Alam, Selangor, Malaysia

**Work Environment**: Office-based

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Talent Sourcing**:

- **Recruitment Process Management**:

- Write and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews.
- Facilitate interview panels and ensure consistent evaluation processes.
- **Onboarding**:

- Coordinate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Assist in conducting orientation sessions for new employees.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interviewing methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
