**Skills and Experience**

We are looking for an educator who demonstrates:

- ** Subject Expertise**: Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 3 and IGCSE Mathematics curriculum, with the ability to teach engaging lessons covering a range of mathematical concepts.
- ** Student-Centered Teaching**: Ability to personalize lessons to meet the developmental needs of students transitioning from Key Stage 2 and progressing toward Key Stage 4.
- ** Effective Assessment**: Proficient in a variety of assessment methods to monitor student progress and inform instructional planning.
- ** Engagement Strategies**: Skills to foster curiosity, collaboration, and independent thinking in young learners.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications and Development**
- A recognized teaching qualification and an Honours degree in Education/PGCE or a related discipline.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development and commitment to reflective practice.

**Knowledge and Expertise**
- Deep understanding of the Key Stage 3 Mathematics curriculum and progression toward IGCSE.
- Familiarity with the English National Curriculum and strategies for supporting EAL learners.
- Experience in planning and delivering lessons and assessments that encourage inquiry-based learning and problem-solving skills.
