**Responsibilities**:

- **Creative Content Development**: Develop visually appealing content, including photos, videos, and graphics, to highlight the café's and pilates studio offerings and ambiance. Create and edit engaging copy for promotional materials and ensure all content aligns with the café's and pilates studio branding.
- **Social Media Management**: Post regularly on social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and Facebook, leveraging trending content to enhance engagement.
- **Event Coordination**: Support the planning and execution of café events, manage logistics, and ensure smooth operations during events.
- **Administrative and Office Support**: Handle administrative tasks, manage calendars, and maintain updated media databases and promotional materials.
- **Market Research and Analysis**: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and prepare insightful reports.
- **Handling of Digital Menus**: Manage and update product listings and pricing on physical and digital menus across various ordering platforms.
- **Video Production and Editing**: Oversee the end-to-end video production process, creating high-quality promotional and behind-the-scenes content.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- **Knowledge of** **Social Media**: Knowledge of social media platforms, especially Xiaohongshu (XHS), TikTok, Douyin, Instagram and Facebook, and an understanding of viral trends.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva. Proficiency in professional graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Creativity**:Creative mindset with a keen eye for details.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently.
