- Makes telephone calls to existing and new customers to promote Bank’s products.
- Keeps accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
- Achieves budgeted campaign and specified targets.
- Participates in campaign briefings to effectively promote the Bank’s products and services.
- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of bank’s products and services and the objectives of specific campaigns.
