**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in sourcing, purchasing, and negotiating with suppliers for construction materials and property-related products.
2. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.
3. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules.
4. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
5. Assist in evaluating supplier performance and maintaining good relationships with vendors.
6. Provide administrative support to the purchasing department as needed.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
6. Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management principles is a plus.

Able to Communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
