JR43312 Project Manager, IT GSO
- The IT Project Manager is a strategic role that requires collaboration with business partners to ensure business needs are met. This includes understanding how a project impacts the strategic roadmap of the business and aligning project execution to help achieve business objectives.
- Support the Chief of Staff and CISO to drive operational improvements and efficiencies across the Global Security organization.
- Successfully handle, monitor, and control the project through all phases of projects from initiation, planning, execution/control, and closure, and timely and within budget.
- You must demonstrate various levels of strategic planning including identifying project requirements, establishing clear and achievable objectives, coordination and adapting the specifications and approach to the different concerns and expectations of various stakeholders, and enforce to the Micron Project Methodology and project standards.
- Handle the content and coordination of monthly business reviews and strategic updates to senior leadership. Supervise open issues and manage delivery by content owners.
- Track, handle, and coordinate organizational activities of the leadership team. Provide line of site for upcoming results and run the delivery.
- Find opportunities to streamline process and implement improvements
- Work with business leads to ensure that budget, operational metrics, and organizational action items are delivered according to committed timelines.
- Lead organizational change management. Influence across teams to implement process, policies, and standardized practices.
- Mentor program and project managers. Support, mentor, and guide team members in adherence to best-practice principles of project management.
- Question the status quo and find opportunities for continuous improvement to simplify operational overhead.
- Lead with Urgency - Bias to action. Prioritize objectives, remove barriers, and commit to accountability.

**Qualifications And Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Business Management, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work independently, connect with customers and colleagues with impact, credibility, and influence.
