**Job Summary**
- Oversee the successful execution of commercial and residential building projects from initiation to completion. This role entails managing all phases of construction—design coordination, site supervision, cost control, and stakeholder engagement—ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

**Duties and Responsibility**
- Manage construction projects from design to handover, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Lead day-to-day project operations, coordinating teams and resources on-site.
- Collaborate with consultants to ensure all technical specifications are met and construction drawings are finalized.
- Interpret and review technical documents, including AFC drawings, P&ID, and other configuration diagrams.
- Identify, evaluate, and resolve site-related technical issues efficiently.
- Ensure contractors comply with contract specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Monitor construction budgets and implement cost-control strategies.
- Align site progress with billing schedules to support timely revenue recognition.
- Oversee the implementation and compliance of quality control procedures and construction standards.
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits as required.
- Provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders.
- Foster effective communication across internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Carry out any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Management to support project goals.

**Position Requirements**
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in project implementation, specifically for residential and commercial developments.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and drive progress across multidisciplinary teams while managing multiple workstreams
- Possession of relevant certifications such as CIDB Green Card, OSHA, PMP, or other project management/construction safety credentials will be considered an added advantage.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
