**BOOST JUICE BARS** **Industry: Food & Beverage** **Location: George Town, Pulau Pinang** - 1st Avenue Mall **Position: Team Leader** Boost Juice, is South East Asia’s largest juice and smoothie chain has expanded to 200 stores. Boost is not just a smoothie & juice bar - it is an innovative retail concept based on great tasting products, the unique Boost Experience and amazing-looking stores. Dedicated to inspiring healthy living and serving up healthy alternatives, we are a committed, vibrant and dynamic company dedicated to people, both those who buy our products and those that make them. We are currently embarking on our next stage of aggressive expansion which includes entry into additional markets within the region of South East Asia. We expect to quickly grow to >1,000 stores across the region and then potentially look at listing options. We are looking for a highly capable, experienced, driven and motivated **Team Leader **to manage the store. **Responsibilities**: - Managing all aspects of operating a Boost Juice outlet and responsible for building, leading & managing a team in a fun environment whilst driving sales. - Responsible for leading a store team to create and maintain the Boost Experience for our customers and employees by supervising and directing, making staffing decisions, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing the store's financial performance. - Handling and managing the team, recruiting the right people, managing rosters and staff costs. - Ensuring efficient operations according to Standard Operating Procedures - Stock handling, inventory counting and managing Cost of Goods - Driving sales to meet targets and looking for further opportunities to grow sales - Monitoring and meeting performance KPIs - Reporting to Area Manager & Operations Manager - Responsible for sales pattern - Communicating effectively with team members - Work professionally - with a personal touch **Requirements**: - Excellent customer service skills & good communication - Excellent spoken Bahasa & English essential - Ability to build, lead & manage a team in a fun environment whilst driving sales - Retail and/or hospitality experience with management of teams (or relevant field) - Excellent attention to detail, ability to operate a high performing retail store - Responsible, honest, energetic, punctual to work and co-operation - Preferably Supervisors / Managers specializing in Food / Beverage / Restaurant Service or equivalent. - Applicants should be Malaysian citizens **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Maternity leave - Opportunities for promotion - Parental leave - Professional development Schedule: - Afternoon shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Rotational shift Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay Ability to commute/relocate: - George Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
