Department Operations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationMalaysia - Kuala LumpurThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Tribunal Cases Management: Handle cases related to Tribunal, including CASE, SCT, and IRAS. Record SPF and SCT cases using legal trackers to ensure accurate documentation and follow-up.
- Police Officer Verification: Verify police officer credentials and manage related documentation.
- IPR Management: Oversee IPR reinstatement processes. Manage IPR webform submissions and maintain the IPR Portal for accurate records.
- Regulatory Requests: Handle regulatory requests efficiently and ensure timely responses. Process regulatory reinstatement requests in compliance with legal standards.
- Data Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with data security regulations. Manage PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) requirements and serve as the Data Protection Officer (DPO).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a legal or compliance role.
- Strong knowledge of tribunal processes, regulatory requirements, and data protection laws.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in record-keeping.
