**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and attending to new tenders
- Costing preparation and execution
- Distributing and liaise with all vendors, subcons, consultants for cost implication
- Preparing tenders for clients and commercial bids to help bring in new business
- Cost negotiation and general project budgeting control
- Public relationship with clients and stake holders
- Main procurement
- Business development
- Tender briefing and interview (May coordinating with relevant project team)
- Dealing with designers/ draughtsman on any fit-out plan and design.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the design team, including designer and draughter.
- Monitoring project site progress to ensure it is accordance with project timeline, budget and approved drawings including regular site inspections;
- To plan, organize and direct the project and process workflow(s) for the function.
- To manage issues and propose solutions.
- To ensure strong teamwork to achieve section/ department and divisional targets.
- Highly literate in project cash flow and contract management.
- Developing and presenting project proposals
- Discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contracts
- Dealing with any unexpected costs
- Working with third parties to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities
- Overseeing profit and lost at the end of a project.

**Job Requirements**:

- Malaysian citizen
- Minimum 6 years and above related experience
- Experience in dealing with retail contractors and mall operators will be added advantages
- Degree holder in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Construction/ Interior Design related field or equivalent.
- Working on-site and in an office.
- Willing to travel regularly across project sites.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong.

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
