**Aufgaben**:

- Job Responsibilities- Ensures compliance with credit approval terms & conditions, contract/legal documentation, financial & customer data entry are in order and fully adhere to “Four Eyes Principal” before activation of contracts and payout to dealers & suppliers.
- Ensure all contracts are completed and served to customer in according to business rules and legislation.
- Ensure all contracts filling, custody and movement of contract/legal documents are in accordance to business rules.
- Manages of the lodgement of Ehakmilik and Activation/Payout process, inclusive maintenance of finance contracts, legal documentation, system data entry are in accordance to approved terms and conditions, business rules and legislation.
- Manages of the completion, stamping and delivery of contract to customer in according to legislation, contract filling and scanning, movement of legal documents, follow up with Sales on returning of outstanding legal documents and compilation of relevant management reports.
- Completes in CMS system, data input before activation /payout of contracts.
- Registration of FIS Ehakmilik in FIS websites.
- Review, analyze and inform superior of any processes, policies, business rules and/or systems that require optimizing to ensure efficient and cost effective processes.

- Job Requirements:
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, etc.
- Work experience: Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
- Good knowledge of work functions and processes of contract administration and documentation.
- Professional & Interpersonal skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, customer-focused, multitasking, team player, problem solving, attention to details and proactive.
- PC skills: Good knowledge in MS office software (Word & Excel).
- Language skills: Good spoken and written English.
- Position is on 6 months contract basis.
