**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records in accordance with accounting principles and company policies.
- **Accounts Payable & Receivable**: Manage vendor payments, customer invoices, and account reconciliations.
- **General Ledger Management**: Ensure accurate posting of transactions and maintain general ledger accounts.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support business planning.
- **Taxation & Compliance**: Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including SST, corporate tax filings, and other statutory requirements.
- **Audit Support**: Assist with internal and external audits by preparing financial data and supporting documents.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- **Cost Control**: Monitor expenses and suggest cost-saving measures to improve financial efficiency.
- **Payroll Support**: Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in employee payments and statutory deductions.
- **Financial Analysis**: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for business improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Finance or Accounting or any related discipline/ Professional Qualification or related qualification.
- Professional qualification such as **ACCA, CPA, or equivalent** is a plus.
- Minimum **3-5 years** of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of **Malaysian accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements**.
- Proficiency in **accounting software** (e.g., SAP, SQL Accounting, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Mandarin speaking, able to read & write in Mandarin is a plus.**
