Receptionist / Front Desk Customer Service

Front Desk Receptionist (KUALA LUMPUR BRANCH)
**Job Scope**
- Female
- Address customer concerns
- Relay customer feedback
- Improve relations with customers
- Register and keep patients' record on system
- Greet patients when they arrive at Clinic
- Schedule appointments for patients
- Prepare and send patient invoices
- Assist patients in filling out required intake and medical forms
- Keep track of medication supplies and place orders for more supplies when necessary
- Maintain petty cash available in the dental office
- Ensure reception area is maintained and professional in appearance
**Requirements**:
- Minimum STPM graduate
- Team Player
- Multitasker
- Fast Learner
- Proficient in Malay & English (Mandarin is an advantage)
- **WILLING TO LEARN IS A PRIORITY**:
- **NOT A CONSTANT JOB HOPPER**:
- **EXPERIENCED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE**:
- **WILLING TO WORK IN KUALA LUMPUR FOR LONG TERM**
