Are you a Finance Associate with experience in Accounts Receivable seeking a challenging yet rewarding role for a leading multinational global standards organisation?

Do you have experience of working within an accounts receivable team? This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Key responsibilities include:

- To ensure customer receipts and vendor payments are allocated accurately in SAP.
- Create and change vendor and bank master data in SAP.
- Responsible for the month end tasks in collaboration with the Financial Accounting team - Monthly Bank Reconciliation and Debtor Aging Report.
- To ensure the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of the transactions processed as per BSI’s SLA and KPI.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects with a view to improving process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform other duties as and when delegated, including back-up, business process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

- Experience working in an Accounts Receivable function - essential.
- Understanding of ledger management and accounting reconciliations.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Agile and support in all departmental activities.
