Position: Management / Production Trainee (Engineering) / Graduate Trainee Program

**Job Purpose**

As a Management Trainee at Smart Cable (M) Sdn Bhd, you will embark on a journey to enhance your skills and knowledge with the opportunity to explore your potential and excel in your unforeseen forte. The program is to aim young graduates into high-caliber talents and serves as a platform to express their ideas and opinions to the business.

Management Trainee is to undergo 3-6 months of training in the various departments within the company, inclusive.
- Quality Check Department (QC)
- Sales & Marketing Department
- Human Resources Department
- Purchasing Department
- Coordinator (Logistics - local & international)
- Overall Operation Efficiency - Manage and monitor the overall operation efficiency (Labor productivity and inventory management)
- Crisis Management - Manage orders and give substantive suggestions when face emergency (Included balance stock level of raw material in critical
- Communication Effectiveness - Communicate effectively with workers, drivers, and other stakeholders include employee engagement, response time to inquiries, and quality of communication.
- Ad hoc task - Perform the ad hoc tasks distributed by Superior.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Degree in Engineering (Electrical & Mechanical), or equivalent.
- Excellent spoken and written English, proficient in Chinese Language (liaise with China Stakeholders). Good communications skills, customer-oriented attitude, pleasant personality, and ability to interact with all levels.
- Proven working experience in related field. (Fresh graduates are welcome also.)
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Superb attention to detail with positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**管理培训生将在公司内各部门接受为期3-6个月的培训（含）**:

成功完成该计划后，根据绩效和可用性，任命为高级主管/高级工程师/助理经理/经理职位。

**职位描述**:

- 整体运营效率 - 管理和监控整体运营效率（劳动生产率和库存管理）
- 危机管理 - 面对紧急情况时管理订单并提供实质性建议（包括关键原材料的平衡库存水平）
- 沟通有效性- 与工人、司机和其他利益相关者进行有效沟通，包括员工参与度、查询响应时间和沟通质量。
- 临时任务 - 执行上级分配的临时任务

**资格：**
- 最低工程学位（电气和机械）或同等学历。
- 优秀的英语口语和写作能力，精通中文（与中国利益相关者联络）。 良好的沟通能力、以客户为中心的态度、开朗的性格、与各个层面的互动能力。
- 在相关领域拥有丰富的工作经验。 （也欢迎应届毕业生。）
- 熟练使用MS Office。
- 对细节极其关注，态度积极，愿意学习。
