Admin Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage front desk operations, including visitor reception, meeting and conference room coordination, and responding to general inquiries.
- Oversee end-to-end business reception arrangements, such as transportation, accommodation, catering, and site visits to ensure exceptional service quality.
- Develop and enforce reception service standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle departmental administration, including attendance tracking, procurement, asset management, and contract coordination.
- Coordinate the procurement and inventory control of administrative supplies, uniforms, and safety gear across departments.
- Prepare and monitor annual departmental budgets in alignment with company fiscal planning, including identifying required adjustments and issuing early warnings.
- Maintain and update departmental intranet content to ensure relevance, accuracy, and timely internal communication.
- Oversee daily cafeteria operations, including the implementation and improvement of operational policies.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or higher qualification, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in business reception. Outstanding fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in using various office software and administrative tools.
- Well-versed in professional etiquette and business communication standards.
- Strong attention to detail, with a high level of responsibility and reliability.
- Service-oriented with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in both **Chinese and English**.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
