Admin Executive

Arrange and coordinate transport services for employees as needed.
- Manage telephone systems, including answering calls, transferring calls, and taking messages.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment, ensuring proper functioning and coordinating repairs when necessary.
- Distribute and manage water supply throughout the office premises.
- Oversee courier and mail services, ensuring timely delivery and proper handling of packages.
- Act as the point of contact for coordinating China Café/Property Exit activities, liaising with relevant stakeholders and ensuring smooth operations.
- Coordinate and schedule visits from headquarters personnel, ensuring appropriate arrangements are made for their accommodation and travel.
- Assist with flight ticketing, including booking flights, managing itineraries, and coordinating travel logistics.
- Handle hostel bookings for employees and visitors, making necessary reservations and ensuring comfortable accommodations.
- Support the administrative team with additional tasks and projects as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in any field (with experience)
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
- Highly responsible, able to multi-task and a fast worker
- Able to work independently and under pressure
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
