**Admin & Accounts Assistant**

**About Us**:
We are a startup company secretarial office, supporting the growth and compliance of various startups. We work collaboratively in a friendly and fast-paced environment, where individual contributions directly impact our success.

**About the Role**:
In this full-time/part-time role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our smooth operations. Your responsibilities will be split between administrative and accounting tasks, offering a diverse and engaging experience.

**Admin Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain office schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare reports and other administrative documents.
- Assist with company secretarial activities like filing, preparing, and maintaining statutory documents.
- Handle general office tasks such as answering phones, managing supplies, and coordinating logistics.

**Accounts Responsibilities**:

- Process invoices, bills, and receipts into our accounting system (Microsoft Excel).
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial records.
- Assist with payroll processing and other financial tasks as needed.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Experience in administration or accounting, preferably in a company secretarial environment.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet changing needs and deadlines.
- Reliable and committed with a positive attitude.

**Working Hours & Conditions**:

- Part-time, flexible schedule can be discussed

(e.g., daily 8am-2pm or 9am-5pm, or alternate days).
- In-office position in Bandar Ainsdale.
- Must have own transportation.
