- Position Title**:Service Technician (Printer)**:

- Working Location: Aljunied
- Working Hours: 5 days (3 days in Singapore, 2 days in Johor) (8.30am - 6.00pm)
- Salary Package**:Basic $2,100 + AWS**:

- Duration: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for printers, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on various printer models.
- Conduct routine maintenance and servicing to prevent equipment breakdowns.
- Install and set up new printers and related equipment at customer sites.
- Provide technical training and support to customers on the proper use and maintenance of printers.
- Maintain accurate service records, including details of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Travel between Singapore and Johor to provide service coverage as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Stay updated with the latest printer technologies and industry trends.

- 1 year of experience in servicing and repairing printers or similar equipment is advantageous.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and fix hardware issues.
- Good understanding of printer mechanics and electronics.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel between Singapore and Johor as required.
