Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment or systems

at customer sites.

  • Identify issues through diagnostic tests, provide accurate solutions, and repair or replace

defective parts.

  • Communicate with customers to explain issues, repairs, and maintenance procedures in

a clear and professional manner.

  • Ensure all repairs are performed in accordance with safety standards and company

policies.

  • Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and hours worked.

  • Provide on-site customer support and act as a point of contact for technical issues.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and to resolve any outstanding

concerns.

  • Keep up to date with new product offerings, industry trends, and technological

advancements.

  • Adhere to all company safety guidelines and work regulations.

  • Work collaboratively with other technicians and teams to ensure high-quality service

delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or an associate's degree in a

relevant field (e.g., electrical, mechanical) preferred.

  • Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar technical role.

  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems.

  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites as required.

  • Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in the industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
