**Job Purpose**

To support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and leasing promotions to drive footfall, enhance tenant engagement, and strengthen the company’s retail presence and branding.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Marketing Functions**
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and annual plans for retail malls/outlets.
- Coordinate advertising, promotions, and branding activities including print, digital, and on-ground events.
- Liaise with external vendors, designers, and agencies for marketing materials, signage, and advertisements.
- Monitor and update social media platforms and website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and potential improvements.
- Prepare post-event and campaign reports with performance insights and recommendations.

**Administrative Duties**
- Maintain proper documentation of marketing contracts, materials, and budget tracking.
- Ensure marketing expenses are within budget and submit invoices for approval in a timely manner.
- Prepare and present regular updates and reports to the Manager/Head of Department.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in marketing, preferably in retail, property, or FMCG industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiar with design tools or platforms (e.g. Canva, Adobe, etc.).
- Experience with social media management and digital marketing is an added advantage.
- Good organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Working Conditions**
- Based at HQ / assigned mall locations.
- May require occasional travel to site locations.
- Must be available to support weekend events or campaigns when necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
