Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support: Assist the Operations Manager in managing day-to-day operational activities of the cleaning services division.

Client Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction.

Team Supervision: Coordinate and supervise cleaning staff to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to company standards.

Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures to uphold service excellence.

Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation and utilization to achieve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and health & safety standards.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience (3-5 years) in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within the cleaning services industry.

Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of cleaning methodologies, equipment, and industry best practices is advantageous.

Minimum of Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field preferred.
