**Duties**:

- Lead the planning and implementation of production operation.
- Facilitate the definition of production scope, goals and deliverables.
- Define production tasks and resource requirements.
- Develop full scale production plans.
- Assemble and coordinate production human resource.
- Manage production budget.
- Manage production other resources allocation.
- Plan and schedule production timelines.
- Track production deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Provide direction and support to program and customer service team.
- Develop and implement quality assurance plan.
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the production to all stakeholders.
- Present reports defining production problems and solutions.
- Implement and manage production improvement or Kaizen activities.

**Job Requirements**:

- Academic Qualification: Diploma in Mechatronic/Mechanical /Production Engineering or equivalent.
- Work Experience: At least 5 years related experience related to metal stamping and fabrication production.
- Others: Good Knowledge of metal stamping and fabrication processes. Good leadership skill with proactive attitude. Knowledge on Microsoft Office.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
