Production Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- To plan, coordinate and organize required resources to meet planned production schedules.
- Enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with health and safety regulations. Ensure all production processes comply with food safety regulations, including FSSC22000, Halal, GMP, HACCP standards and etc.
- To continuously review and monitor of operating results in order to find continuous improvements on procedures, methods, effectiveness and resource utilization to reduce waste
- To ensure production yield and productivity are met with set target with minimum processing cost and timely corrective actions are taken as and when necessary.
- To maintain product standards through training, awareness programs and high level of housekeeping exercises.
- To initiate trouble shooting to resolve problems arising from production.
- To lead and motivate subordinates to enable them to work together effectively and productively.
- Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
**Job Requirement**:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the F&B Manufacturing industry
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of production processes, equipment, and quality control best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills to optimize production efficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional and various countries teams
- Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and.English. Mandarin would be advantage
