Duties and responsibilities:

- To oversee all pre-production and production in mould shop, assembly and other production processes
- Ensuring all goods are produced efficiently with the right quality, quantity and cost to the satisfaction of the customer
- Planning and organizing production schedules which aligned with the customers' demand
- To manage and assess project and resource requirements
- Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and other department managers
- Ensuring the health, safety and environmental regulations are met at the production floor
- To follow and make sure the quality control standards are followed in the production

Tertiary requirements:

- Possess at least a Diploma related to manufacturing operations or with minimum 8 years of working experience in a managerial position with similar industry
- Self-motivated, independent, analytical analysis and committed to work
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Must be able to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Ability in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement is an advantage
- strong technical skill in Plastic injection molding, Assembly product and Medical device

**Salary**: RM12,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
