Develop, implement and evaluate production plans to meet output and quality targets
- Monitor production performance and make necessary adjustment to meet production goals
- Oversee daily operations on the production floor to ensure compliance with safety and quality standard.
- Lead and motivate production teams to achieve KPIs and continuous improvement objectives
- Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, quality and supply chain teams to resolve production issues and minimize downtime
- Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions
- Control and manage production cost while ensuring efficient use of resources
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development to team members
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
- Coordinate training programs for production staff to enhance skills and maintain high productivity standard
- Support new product introduction and technology transfer processes
- 1Maintain accurate records and report related to production performance, inventory, equipment status

**Requirement**
- Bachelor or master in Engineering, business administration or related field courses with certification
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience and expertise in managing manufacturing field, preferably with medical product related background
- Professional certifications or credentials that relevant to manufacturing field, supply chain management, QMS management, IRCA Auditor certification, SME
- Leadership and team management skills

Problem-solving and decision making with good communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
