Job description
- Reporting to Project Manager
- To supervise, manage and lead team at project site for Electrical & Electronic & ELV works.
- To monitor the progress of the project and to ensure works are in compliance with site's progressive requirement
- Maintain proper and accurate site records or documents in good order and system.
- To educate workers and enforcing site safety practices and regulations,
- To supervise and minimize work-related accidents or injuries at site.
- To coordinate with HR dept to evaluate site worker's performance and manage disciplinary measure as required.
- Able to read/ analyzing blueprints/drawings/technical input etc to ensure that projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
- Manage work site operation, recommend changes to the operations or procedures in order to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Any other ad-hoc task as site supervisor assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably applicant possess D or GDL driving license and CIDB License.
- Minimum education requirement: completion of secondary education
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic, civil engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working as a site supervisor preferably in E&E/ELV/Wiring.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Good leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
