**About the role**

INTIGA SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations at our construction site in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a full-time Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe execution of all construction activities, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.

**What you'll be doing**
- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards
- Monitor and report on progress, identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise
- Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections and toolbox talks
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction activities, resource allocation, and logistics
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting as per company and industry requirements
- Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior team members

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, building regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans, and specifications
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations and best practices
- Proficiency in the use of construction-related software and digital tools
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing)

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
