**Responsibilities: -**

Required Job Scope:
- Update all data in computer system and manual system.
- Update attendance and overtime worker

Prepare monthly maintenance preventive report:

- Preventive maintenance record auto crimping.
- Preventive maintenance record manual crimping.
- Preventive maintenance record Cutting tube machine
- Preventive maintenance record cutting machine.
- Preventive maintenance record applicator jam.
- Preventive maintenance record applicator jst.
- Preventive maintenance JIG Tester
- Preventive maintenance report molding.
- Prepare all purchase requisition coordinate and expedite approvals as required, maintain all budgetary records and provide follow-up action with accounting, buyer, vendor, requestors and receiving.
- Prepare summary report of transportation and maintenance costs
- Conduct on the On-Job-Training to the related parties (skill Matrix)
- Responsible for daily manpower scheduling
- Follow up with Supplier about schedule delivery
- End month stock take crimper & Inventory for data entry production
- Prepare Expenses early month for transportation, medical & toll to system tigernix.
- Preventive maintenance record facilities
- Update KPI monthly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: Up to RM1,700.00 per month
