**About the Role**

This role blends strategic market entry, partnership development, and consultative selling to position the company as a trusted technology and marketing partner.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Market Entry & Growth**
- Drive business expansion in Malaysia through strategic planning and execution of go-to-market initiatives.
- Identify new verticals and partnership opportunities across key industries (finance, automotive, retail, FMCG, travel, etc.).

**Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**
- Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients, advertising agencies, and media owners.
- Present digital marketing and AI-based solutions that address client needs and business goals.
- Develop customized proposals leveraging SEO, media buying, and data-driven marketing strategies.

**Partnership Development**
- Strengthen alliances with agencies, publishers, and media networks to expand the company’s reach and influence.
- Collaborate on joint marketing campaigns and strategic integrations.

**Consultative Sales & Revenue Generation**
- Understand clients’ digital transformation goals and position solutions that deliver measurable ROI.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- **5-8 years’ experience** in business development or sales within **digital marketing, adtech, or media** industries.
- Strong understanding of **SEO, digital advertising (Google, Meta, programmatic buying), and data analytics**.
- Existing network with agencies, media publishers, and brand marketing teams in Malaysia.
- Proven track record in driving client growth and closing enterprise-level deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Independent, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluent in **English and Bahasa Malaysia**; Mandarin is a plus.
