**Responsibilities**:

- Review user-generated content on digital platforms, including social media, websites, and forums, to ensure compliance with content guidelines and policies.
- Classify and categorize content based on predefined criteria, such as appropriateness, legality, and relevance.
- Take action on content that violates platform policies, including content removal, issuing warnings, and escalating serious violations as necessary.
- Provide user support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and educating users on content moderation policies.
- Generate reports on content moderation activities, including trends, metrics, and insights to improve moderation processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal, compliance, and technical support, to address content-related challenges and optimize moderation strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- No experience needed
- Strong in detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills in Korean and English
- Has TOPIK 4 or above
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
