**Responsibilities**
- Close partnership with the trading desk to provide critical support for trade management, confirmations, and settlement for our full cryptocurrency product suite
- Manage trade records and ensure data accuracy across multiple internal systems
- Improve client experience via data analytics and workflow enhancements
- Understand how our vendors play a part in our infrastructure and managing these relationships
- Perform operations risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate risks
- Close collaboration with various departments including Business Development, Technology, Compliance, Legal and Finance

**Requirements**:

- Proven ability to deliver solutions or high impact projects to improve workflows and operating models
- Proven experience in the design and testing of controls
- Familiar with end-to-end trade lifecycle and working with a trading desk
- Experience in Python coding or any other programming language would be advantageous
- Highly motivated with strong initiative to drive changes in a positive manner
- Enjoy solving problems and developing strategies to operate sustainably
- Able to multitask and work independently, as well as be a strong team player
- Knowledge of or interest in crypto assets or blockchain technology is not necessary but would be advantageous
