We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Live Host cum Team Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with our audience in a live streaming environment while also driving sales for our products/services. You will have the opportunity to showcase your charisma, communication skills, and sales acumen to captivate viewers and convert them into satisfied customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Host live streaming sessions to showcase our products/services through tiktok audience.
2. Engage with viewers in real-time through chat, Q&A sessions, and interactive activities.
3. Present product/service features, benefits, and promotions persuasively to generate interest and excitement.
4. Provide personalized assistance and recommendations to viewers to address their needs and preferences.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products/services, pricing, and promotional offers.
7. Collect and report feedback from viewers to improve future live streaming sessions and product/service offerings.
8. Adhere to company guidelines and policies regarding professionalism, ethics, and conduct.
**Requirements**:
- Experience as sales/live host at least 1 year.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for engaging diverse audiences.
- Charismatic and outgoing personality, comfortable being in front of the camera and interacting with viewers.
- Strong sales skills and ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using live streaming platforms and basic video editing tools.
- Must have a stable internet connection and suitable equipment (e.g., Phone) for live streaming.
