**Job Summary**

Provide first-level support and solutions/workarounds to the business users for troubleshooting of problems on the corporate banking systems and attending to queries.

Ensure all documentation, processes and methodologies used in the various phases of system development and implementation are in accordance with the Bank’s standards and able to facilitate future maintenance and enhancements.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
- Ensure amended and enhanced systems meet user functional requirement specifications.
- Ensure that all documentation, processes and methodologies used in the various phases of system development and implementation are in accordance with the Bank’s standards.
- Ensure proper documentation of all development to facilitate future maintenance and enhancements. Employs the risk assessment methodology issued by the Information Security Department to ensure proper controls are built as required by the business.
- Provide expert advice for best solution to production problems.
- Provide options/alternatives available to address Users Business Requirements and recommendation on software solution.
- Analyze changes & impact on existing systems.
- Prepare, conduct and review of system tests, to ensure accuracy and completeness to ensure problem free-implementation.
- Provide support during implementation of software and systems. Liaise with other departments within division for smooth deployment of Application Software.
- Off office hour support.

**Requirement**
- Degree in Computer Science & Information Technology
- 2 - 5 years of experience in requirement definition, design, software development and implementation.
- Working experience with Corporate Internet Banking systems (web-based and mobile-apps)
- Experience in working with open source (e.g: Linux, MySQL, etc) is an added advantage.
- Independent with good analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Database Environment Familiarity
- PostgreSQL
- MySQL
- Oracle Database Server, PL/SQL
- DB2
- Relevant Programming Language, tool and technical skillsets as below:

- Java open source framework / library - Spring Framework, Hibernate and Struts

- OpenShift, Jenkins, Docker
- Shell scripting
- IBM HTTP, JBoss, Apache HTTP, IIS

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
