HR & Finance Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Human Resources**:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment
- Maintain employee records & HR documentation
- Handle payroll, attendance, leave, and staff claims
- Support employee engagement and performance reviews
- Ensure HR policies are followed and in compliance with local laws
**Finance**:
- Process invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
- Monitor company expenses, petty cash & monthly reconciliations
- Assist in preparing reports and managing budgets
- Work closely with auditors, tax agents & external parties
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
