Job Scope:
The HR Manager (People & Culture) will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving company's people strategy by fostering a thriving organizational culture, ensuring robust talent management, and aligning HR initiatives with the company’s growth objectives. This generalist position will oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, employee engagement programs, and best practices to build a high-performing and inclusive workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Management:

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration for new hires.
- Implement talent development and succession planning initiatives.

2. PeopleDevelopment:

- Design and deliver continuous learning and professional development programs.
- Foster leadership development to nurture future leaders within DBS.

3. Culture & Employee Engagement:

- Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, diversity, and inclusion.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve job satisfaction and retention.

4. HR Policies & Compliance:

- Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with local labor laws and company values.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and standards.

5. PerformanceManagement:

- Oversee performance appraisal processes and set measurable objectives for employees.
- Implement strategies to enhance productivity and performance. 6. EmployeeRelations:

- Act as a point of contact for resolving employee grievances and conflicts.
- Build positive relationships with staff to ensure a supportive work environment.
7. HR Metrics & Reporting:

- Track HR metrics, such as retention, turnover, and employee satisfaction. o Prepare reports and provide insights to drive decision-making processes.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5-8 years of HR experience, with 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience in talent management, employee engagement, and culture
- building.
- Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.Skills Needed:

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) to build relationships and navigate workplace dynamics.
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Knowledge of AI Integration and automation will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
