**Experience Required**: Approximately 3 years in HR, Finance or related fields.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Human Resources**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and training for collections staff.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, payroll support, and benefits administration.
- Advise on HR policies, performance appraisals, and employee relations.
- Monitor staffing levels, support HR compliance, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.

**Finance**:

- Monitor and manage outstanding accounts receivable; liaise with internal teams and external debt collection agencies.
- Develop and implement recovery strategies and payment plans; negotiate settlements when needed.
- Ensure legal compliance in collections and credit operations; adhere to regulatory frameworks.
- Reconcile accounts, support month-end processes, and work on process improvements and automation opportunities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
