Customer Service Assistant

**JOB PURPOSE**
- Assist the Customer Service Executive and Assistant Manager, to assigned daily scheduled delivery order with appointed transporter on daily delivery structure included management commitment to continuous process and quality improvement. Its professional ability and experience to maintain positive relationships with internal department.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Positive relationship and willingness to develop a closer working relationship with warehouse team member.
- To determine whether the driver’s will continue to be a reliable and not be disrupted on delivery lead time.
- Call customer before goods dispatch from warehouse.
- Professional ability and experience control the flow of work.
- Assist Team Leader to photocopy and filling of documents.
- Ensures and maintains good housekeeping and 5S
- Work with other team members in different business unit to ensure smooth administrative/operational procedures and practices is imposed in compliance with company policy.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- SPM / Diploma in any relevant studies
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience
- Knowledge of customer services & call center operations
- Communicating effectively at all levels, both verbal and written
- Being able to deal, work and cope in a difficult and highly competitive environment
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Subang Hi-Tech Industrial Park: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
