**About The Role**

We’re looking for a Regional Sales Training and Development Manager to join our Commercial team, to drive continuous improvement in Sales & Fulfilment team’s competencies through trainings.

You will be part of the Commercial Team and work together with Local Trainers to drive continuous improvement in our Sales & Fulfilment team’s competencies by developing training materials, designing training programs, and ensuring timely execution of training for Sales and Fulfilment teams in our 5 countries.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Develop high-quality Onboarding, Training, and Development Programs for Recruiters and Sales Managers, and deliver these through a highly scalable “train the trainers” model.
- Create Training Content and Certifications for Recruiters and Sales Managers (e.g.: Case studies/theory/practice).
- Audit and maintain all training content, guidelines, and curriculum needed to support the training programs.
- Build out a system to ensure quality sales collateral and templates are created (case studies, sales deck, info sheets, etc.) and sales representatives can find and utilize the right content at the right time.
Initiate an ongoing feedback loop to ensure Recruiters and Sales Manager training needs are being surfaced up and acted upon.
