**Position Title: IT Tech Lead**

An IT Tech Lead is a senior-level technical professional responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of a software development team, making key architectural and design decisions, guiding team members on technical matters, and ensuring the successful implementation of technical solutions, while also mentoring junior developers and collaborating closely with other stakeholders to deliver projects effectively; essentially acting as a technical leader without full managerial responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Making critical technical decisions regarding technology stack, coding standards, and best practices.
- Reviewing code and providing technical feedback to team members.
- Identifying and implementing technical improvements to optimize system performance.
- Coaching and mentoring junior developers on technical skills and problem-solving.
- Providing guidance and support to team members on complex technical challenges.
- Identifying training needs and facilitating skill development within the team.
- Collaborating with project managers to ensure technical alignment with project goals.
- Estimating technical effort and timelines for project deliverables
- Monitoring project progress and identifying potential technical risks
- Effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Working closely with product owners, designers, and other teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Facilitating technical discussions and decision-making within the team

**Requirements**:

- Deep understanding of programming languages (preferably Python), software development methodologies, and relevant technologies within the domain.
- Ability to motivate and guide a team, resolve technical conflicts, and foster collaboration.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities to identify and address technical issues.
- Clear and concise communication to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience in coaching and guiding junior developers.
- Understanding of project planning, estimation, and execution

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
