**Job Summary and Key Objectives**

**The key activities of the Production Department are as follows:

- **
- To manufacture the different types/ranges of air filters at the correct quality to meet or exceed the customer's requirement.
- To manufacture quality products to meet company's goals for both quantity and quality at the right time.
- Perform the preparation of semi-products at production, which includes operations such as preparing the machine, pleating, frame, etc. Refer to Process Flows of various products in the Quality Plan: PM 2-02-00.
- Perform operations such as assembly, testing and packing. Refer to Process Flows of various products in the Quality Plan: PM 2-02-00.
- The other activities carried out by the Production Department are:

- a. Scheduling of works for production in order to meet the delivery dateline.
b. Follow up on training program to ensure all production department employees are qualified in their respective operations.
c. Maintain a good system of product identification and records of traceability.
d. Continuously improve manufacturing performance through regular review of process capability, efficiency, yield and quality.
e. Maintain a clean, systematic and disciplined shop floor in order to create a safe working environment.
f. Carry out duties in accordance with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Energy policy, procedures and SOP
g. Be aware of Health, Safety and Environment policy and Hazards, Risks and significant aspects - Impacts associated with their work activities.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Pull and order material from MWS & Warehouse for all process preparation.

(Barang perlu ditarik dan pesanan dari MWS & Stor untuk penyediaan semua proses.)
- Refer Ruby System for work order/CTI/drawing and inspect the material as required.

(Pastikan barang diperiksa mengikut yang dikehendaki pada work order/CTI/drawing dengan merujuk pada sistem Ruby.)
- End of every month need to do stock count check.

(Pemeriksaan pengiraan stok perlu dibuat pada setiap hujung bulan.)
- Ensure all tools/equipment are provided was in good condition. If any problem needs to inform to superior.

(Pastikan semua peralatan yang diberikan dalam keadaan yang elok. Jika terdapat sebarang masalah perlu dimaklumkan pada ketua.)
- Carrying out housekeeping activities regularly within and at the surrounding working area according to waste procedure.

(Aktiviti pengemasan perlu dilakukan dengan kerap dan di sekeliling kawasan kerja mengikut prosedur bahan buangan.)
- Involving in quality/productivity as well as participating in quality improvement activities.

(Melibatkan diri dalam kualiti/produktiviti dan juga mengambil bahagian dalam aktiviti meningkatkan kualiti.)
- To provide feedback to superiors regarding any issues such as quality, output etc.

(Memberi maklum balas pada ketua sekiranya ada masalah seperti kualiti.)
- Assemble filter as per requirement.

(Filter perlu dipasang mengikut yang dikehendaki.)
- Ensure to produce 1st piece of filter with checking the quality of product are in good condition and met specification.

(Pastikan memeriksa 1st piece filter yang pertama dihasilkan dalam kualiti yang keadaan elok dan memenuhi spesifikasi.)
- Do inspection and fill up the inspection forms based on requirements.

(Pemeriksaan perlu dibuat dan rekod pemeriksaan diisi mengikut yang dikehendaki.)
- Ensure to scan filter label at Ruby system after finished the process.

(Pastikan filter di scan di dalam sistem Ruby selepas proses diselesaikan.)
- Ensure to key in machine downtime in Ruby system.

(Pastikan masa untuk mesin tergendala/bermasalah dimasukkan ke dalam sistem Ruby.)
- Fill up the tracking output board for every hour.

(Papan pengesanan output perlu diisi untuk setiap jam.)
- Performs Preventive Maintenance activities (Daily & Weekly) as per required.

(Aktiviti Preventive Maintenance (Harian & Mingguan) perlu dilakukan seperti yang dikehendaki.)
- Ensure attach the filter label at filter.

(Pastikan label filter dilekatkan pada setiap filter.)
- Fill up the inspection forms based on requirements.

(Rekod pemeriksaan perlu diisi mengikut yang dikehendaki.)
- To select carton box, outer carton label and material for packaging as per state in work order/CTI with referring Ruby system.

(Memilih kotak, label kotak dan barangan untuk packing seperti yang dinyatakan di dalam work order/CTI dengan merujuk sistem Ruby.)
- Send finished goods to Warehouse.

(Filter perlu dihantar ke Warehouse.)
