Job Summary:
The HR Intern will provide support in various HR functions, assisting the Human Resources Department in managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, training & development, foreign worker and expatriate management, and general administrative

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Assist with the recruitment process by supporting job advertisement posting, resume screening, and coordination of interviews.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process for all workers.
- Assist with training functions, including helping with Training Needs Analysis (TNA), yearly training plans, training effectiveness, and maintaining training records.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the Human Resources Policy and the employee handbook.
- Support company events, welfare programs, and external activities.
- Carry out tasks based on the current SOPs, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Support interactions with industry bodies such as MISIF, MIHRM, and MEF.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Human Resources / Counselling / Psychology or any related course

**Job Types**: Internship, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
