**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Achieving Sales Targets**:

- Meet or exceed sales goals through proactive client acquisition and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across SMEs, government, corporate, and educational sectors.

**2. Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored printing solutions.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle, including post-sales support.

**3. Consultative Sales Approach**:

- Provide expert advice on printing products and services, such as marketing materials, merchandise, corporate gifts, banners, and custom prints.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrate NTS Printing’s capabilities to potential clients.

**4. Market Insight & Sales Strategy**:

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to develop effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and marketing materials.

**5. Quotation & Proposal Preparation**:

- Prepare accurate quotations and detailed proposals, including pricing, timelines, and delivery schedules.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring company profitability.

**6. Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with design, production, and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Share insights with management to help improve products, services, and customer experience.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years in sales, preferably in printing, advertising, or promotional products.

**Knowledge & Expertise**:

- Good understanding of printing processes (e.g., inkjet, offset, digital, screen printing).
- Awareness of industry trends in printing, merchandise, and corporate gifts.

**Languages**:

- Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
