Utility Section Manager

Control and manage utility section to ensure safe, maintain smooth utility operation with optimum operation cost and comply to environmental local regulation. - To undertake task force and implement ‘Plant Strategies’ as instructed by superior from time to time. - Managing day to day operation, trouble shoot and rectify operation problem. - To ensure the implementation of all Management System are carry out according to total quality, safety & Occupational and environmental management system. - Prepare monthly report and attend departmental monthly meeting for safety, maintenance and supervisor meeting. - Monitor and appraise performance for personnel and manpower management. - Develop skills and attitudes to ensure that personnel jobs are performed. - Liaison with others section/department related to utility section activities. - And other responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time. **Requirements**: - Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. - Minimum 8 years of working experience preferably in Polymer/Chemical/Petrochemical/Oleochemical Plant manufacturing environment - Minimum 2-3 years experience in managerial roles. - Experience in operating and managing Plant Utilities and Effluent Treatment Plant is a must - Strong working knowledge of chemical plant operation/management - ISO Certified Manufacturing Company (ISO 9001& ISO 14000) - Involvement in Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS) - Have experience handling steamer - Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English **Additional Information**: Company Industry: Working Location: Working hours: Monday - Friday Click on "APPLY NOW”, if you are interest in this position.
