Specialist - Firm & Business Membership

**About the Role**:
Perform customer support and sales operations to enable membership growth and sales to the large organizations. Use customer service and technical skills promptly to ensure concierge service data accuracy and sales promotions. You will report to Lead Manager Firm Support Operations
**You Will**:
- Presales membership support
- Ensure CRM data is accurate and complete to match firms’ information.
- Facilitate conversations with large firms to promote membership including promoting membership promotions and sharing value of membership.
- Ensure that operational support is provided to business by assisting with all the complex issues large firms face
- Manage membership and PCG sales to organizations
- Be a contact for Administrative Assistants to facilitate sales with the Association.
- Facilitate sales to organisations including delivery of the agreed products and services and invoicing.
- Coordinate any required technical enhancements to facilitate ease of sales, such as more self-service for admins, by working with IT.
- Priorities workload during high-peak season
- Maintain and archive documentation and files for sales and business cases.
- Ensure accurate bill is sent to firms and processed correctly.
- Coordinate with our teams to ensure sales are completed promptly.
- Report and analyse the performance of sales channels and deals.
- Help develop reporting to track the performance of sales channels.
- Ensure data quality to help create dashboards.
- Undertake user acceptance testing of current and new CRMs to ensure Sales to Organisation functionality/processes are fit for purpose
**You Have**:
- Degree or equivalent
- Ideally demonstrable experience working with databases and data manipulation, querying and reports.
- Account-based customer service
- Intermediate Excel skills
